Case Histories
Case History # 8:
Patient: 48 years old, Female, Caucasian
Major Complaint:
Neck pain and severe burning sensations of her scalp
The
patient had a bad accident while she was weightlifting.
The weights were not tightly tied to the equipment and she
dropped them over her head, causing severe head trauma.
She has gone through a battery of medical tests but the
doctors could not find a major pathology other than a small
range of subluxation. Every night she has suffered from
strange burning sensations all over her neck and head for
many years. Chiropractic adjustments gave her very little
relief. Despondent over the pain, she was beginning to have
suicidal thoughts.
Diagnosis and Treatment
The
patient was confirmed as a wood minor patient. Neuromuscular
disorders belong to the disharmony between liver and lung
in this constitution.
Treatment
Promote lungs
five times
Reduce liver one time
All
in one session, six sessions, once every two days
Treatment Results
This
was one of the many cases that even the practitioner was
surprised from the treatment result how effective and powerful
this system was. With only two sessions, her complaints
were all gone. We did four more sessions. She was recovering
her emotional well being.
Wood minor people are
very emotional. Alcoholics in the clinical sense are all
wood minors. Other constitutions may drink heavily, but
do not get out of control.
Dietary Consultation
Since
the typical American diet (meats, potatoes, and breads)
are all good foods for her, there were no specific dietary
instructions for this patient. She was a school teacher
which was also the right job for her constitution as it
releases the fire of her heart and stomach.
