Case Histories
Case History # 3:
Patient: 38 years old, Female, Asian
Major Complaint:
Constant lower abdominal pain
This patient was diagnosed with chronic endometriosis. She has
bloating and pain throughout her menstrual cycle, whether she is
actually menstruating or not. Additionally, her stomach can't tolerate
pain medications of any kind prescribed by her
gynecologist.
Diagnosis and Treatment
Step One: The patient turned out to be a Metal Major
constitution. People with this type of constitution are born with a
weak liver. They have a really hard time digesting wheat and dairy
products.
Step Two: Lower abdominal bloating is the result of disharmony
between the liver and pancreas. Pain due to the internal bleeding of
endometriosis is a sign of disharmony between the liver, stomach, and
heart.
Step Three: Treatment Formulas.
Plan 1:
Nourish liver four times
Reduce pancreas two times
All in one
session, twice a week for one week.
Plan 2:
Nourish liver four times
Reduce stomach four times
Reduce
heart two times
All in one session, twice a week for eight
weeks.
Treatment Results
The lower
abdominal bloating was completely gone after Plan 1 treatment. Ninety
percent of her pelvic pain was gone after the Plan 2 treatment.
Dietary Consultation
This patient loves to eat mushrooms, which tonify the lung and
reduce the liver. She was strongly advised not to eat mushrooms at all
for the rest of her life. It is best for her to remain vegetarian,
because green leafy vegetables are the best food to nourish the
liver.
